THE TECHNOLOGY OF OBTAINING OF ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN NON-WOVEN MATERIALS

OBJECTIVE

Nowadays in conditions of ecolo-gical deterioration in our country issues of efficient usage of domestic resources and introduction of ecologically clean technologies for their processing get extra motivation.
On the basis of conducted funda-mental researches technologies of complex processing of straw stalks of oil flax with the purpose of import substitution of raw materials necessary for produc-tion of ecologically clean nonwoven materials of different functional purposes were developed.

DEVELOPED TECHNOLOGIES

Straw of oil flax                                                                                     Resulted fiber

Technology of processing  different varieties of trust stalks of oil flax was theoretically grounded and experimentally proved and developed. It was done with account of their technological characteristics on upgraded tow opener with optimized parameters and modes for obtaining fibers with different physicomechanical properties. These fibers are suitable for production of the following types of nonwoven materials:
•non-woven fabric;
•furniture fabric;
•flax batting.

FUNCTIONAL APPLICATION

Thermal insulator

•heat  and sound-insulator for construction of residential, public and industrial buildings, frameworks, landscape and manufacturing of geofabric.

ECONOMIC INFLUENCE

453 986, 33 hrn./hour

from  sales of fiber № 8, which is suitable for production of non-woven materials as  furniture fabric.

FUNCTIONAL APPLICATION

Furniture fabric

•filler for furniture, beddings, pillows, etc.

ECONOMIC INFLUENCE

454 009,12 hrn./hour

from sales of fiber № 6, which is suitable for  usage in production of non-woven materials as flax batting.

FUNCTIONAL APPLICATION

Flax batting

•for hardening and heat insulating while erecting  wooden buildings as well as drainage arrangement

ECONOMIC INFLUENCE

454 009,12 hrn./hour

from sales of fiber № 6, which is suitable for  usage in production of non-woven materials as flax batting.
